This is a scam and unless you’re ok factoring in an additional $500 to the cost of your stay, I would recommend that you Positive: The suite was decorated nicely. Negative: It was very cramped, too hot, and it was VERY noisy because of construction being done right next-door and right beside the bedroom window. Also you could hear the upstairs tenants anytime they were talking, walking or even watching a movie. They require a (supposedly) refundable $500 security deposit, however, we left this suite with no actual damage, just some basic cleaning that should be done between guests anyway, and still didn’t receive a cent back or any explanation as to the justification of the loss of security deposit. I had a seizure while finishing packing up our property and they called police because we didn’t check out “on-time” due to this. My partner came with me to the ambulance and they didn’t let him back in to collect the rest of our belongings when he tried, less than an hour after the scheduled check out time.

Definitely worth the price Positive: Just Perfect! Negative: Carrying 6 suitcases down was kinda annoying but that’s expected from a basement unit
