Fulfilling
Positive: Ambience, Facility, utilities, support, guide, and support.
Negative: The kettle was smelling - the last guest had boiled something pungent inside. i complained to the host twice, and he promised to resolve it but never showed up. i had to buy a kettle from Walmart so we could have tea. This, however, did not take away from the beautiful home, and we will stay there again.

Arrival problems
Positive: Very clean
Negative: Enty code did not work at arrival. Took half an hour to get in contact with someone to fix the problem. Paid $38 for one hour later check out. Should have given me a credit for getting in later because of door code not working.

It was nice
Positive: The style! The beds were super comfy and the hosts replied very fast!

It was clean, well stocked, nicely decorated, and in a quiet area. The communication between the host and myself was easy with quick responses.
Other then all the construction that was going on which made it difficult to get around the city, we enjoyed our stay at the Urban Jungle Getaway.
