Positive: The home was spacious for our family, and we could easily prepare meals and use the backyard firepit which was a great feature. We appeciated access to the laundry room, the host supplied the kitchen very well. We had a great stay. Negative: A few suggestions: The carpets and furnishings were badly stained which gave the impression the house was dirty. The garage pad was in need of significant repair and was a tripping hazard for our guest with mobility issues. In the write up under the facilities section we understood there was an elevator in the home which was not the case, we also thought there were 2 pull out sofa beds but could not find the second one. The write up summary indicates pet friendly but the house rules sections says no pets.

Positive: The house os in beautiful quiet location. The place was very cosy and perfectly clean. We loved our stay there very much.

I would book this place again in a heartbeat Positive: i loved how nice the kitchen and living area was and how the house was nicely decorated. Also i loved that i notified the hosts that we were short on some glassware and they immediatley had some new ones sent to the house for us! Also they had an option to checking early and were very fast at replying to my questions. I was there for my mums memorial and it was the perfect place to share with family. I didnt hire a car and recommend either car hire or you may want to uber places. Negative: a couple extra tea towels/ dish clothes for those staying over 3 days but appreciate there was also paper towel

The property was as advertized. We had great time while staying there.

Home was not set up for 10 people as advertised. Only duvets supplied were on the 3 beds. For other 4 people, there were 2 single mattresses, 1 futon couch and 1 short sofa and NO blankets/duvets for these. Soiled used bandaid found in walk-in closet. Only 2 teaspoons and 5 tablespoons supplied. Only 7 knives. Piles of garbage left from previous renter not collected. (Left in front of house)Propane tank very low….no backup available. Lots of dog poop in back yard. Lovely home and great location on edge of huge park BUT……
