Positive: Cool and artistic place, great location, underground parking, clear instructions, no issues. Negative: After confirming the booking and paying for the place, the guest is asked to pay more money for damage insurance before checking-in. The alternative was a $700 refundable damage deposit with a fee.

Super convenient for events at Rodger’s Place Positive: The property is the perfect place to stay for events at Roger’s Place. It is super close and a very short walk away. The free underground parking and easy check in and out procedures were also a bonus.
