Negative: It was very difficult to find out how to connect and let you know that we were out of the property. I can't remember how we did it in the end but I remember both my coworker and I had commented that it would be helpful if it was easier to find contact info

Positive: Cool and artistic place, great location, underground parking, clear instructions, no issues. Negative: After confirming the booking and paying for the place, the guest is asked to pay more money for damage insurance before checking-in. The alternative was a $700 refundable damage deposit with a fee.

The room was super clean and nice, and the hosts were super, super nice. They made my stay excellent. It is very close to the most vital parts of downtown, so the location is excellent. Highly recommend!
