Positive: 다운타운위치 Negative: -주변환경이 안전해보이지않고 노숙자들로 둘러쌓여 저녁식사후 산책하기에 불안함 -숙소출입하기가 불편(절차 복잡) -창문을 열 수가 없어서 환기가 안 좋아서 답답했고 -머무는 동안 날이 무척 더워졌는데 냉방이 전혀 안되고 창문도 못 열어서 무척 더웠습니다. -부엌 수압도 안 좋아서 숙박 이틀뒤에야 핸디맨이 와서 고쳐주었지만 고쳐지는 동안 무척 불편감수 -숙소 주변이 도로공사중이어서 산만하고 불편

Positive: Very unique property. Very clean and well equipped. Negative: Was warm .. air-conditioned would be nice!

Positive: The space is nice and cozy.. parking was good Negative: The place had no airflow, it was super hot. When I booked this place it said it had an ac unit for personal use. Then it changed to no ac just a fan. The remotes for the wet bar area were broken. Coffee machine had old coffee in it and it was dirty. The shower in the basement was kinda gross on the far side. The fans are definetly not big enough to help with the heat in there. Need more fans for sure..

My impressions are rather negative; I prefer comfort and quiet. Positive: The concept of the room and design are very interesting. Large panoramic windows create a cozy atmosphere Negative: The impression of staying in this apartment was completely ruined: poor-quality cleaning $70 of which you pay, a wet towel instead of a clean and dry one, pills scattered around the apartment and the cherry on top is the complete lack of sound insulation. We heard screams,wood creaking of the wooden floor,laughter, TV from 2 am after midnight to 4 am as if there were no walls at all.
