Modern 4BR | Yard | Garage | Near Stadium & Rogers

If you are a concert goer and want to book a place near the venue with your large group; you have to rent this property. It was clean, modern, and such a great place to stay. Our group of seven enjoyed ourselves and had a great time lounging together on the main floor. Having a garage to park our car was a bonus. We had to drive or hire a lift to go shopping, it is not a walking neighborhood, especially at night. There is a cement factory nearby and some of the guests woke up early in the morning from the factory's traffic, but I slept like a baby. The upstairs sleeping area was cozy with the carpeting. We booked the space because it was a 10 minute drive from a relative, but its central location allowed us to get to all areas of the city. Having access to the washer and dryer was amazing. The water pressure was beautiful. We were happy with our stay.

It was a great stay in Edmonton. The entire place was clean, well kept, and what was great was how central the place was. The hosts were friendly and incredibly responsive to my inquiries.
