The check-in process was frustrating. The Contigo Properties ID verification link was difficult to use and did not allow me to complete the required selfie despite multiple attempts. After an initial call to customer service that was not very helpful, the representative ultimately advised me to text the required information directly. Once I did so, he was able to approve my ID and complete the check-in process. The condo itself was nice; however, we were not informed that the property had previously experienced flooding. The patio was unusable as it was covered with concrete blocks, and inside the unit there was a large, water-soaked floor mat described as a temporary flood barrier, which had a strong musty odor. Unfortunately, during our stay we experienced another major storm, and water was actively entering the unit. It was very disappointing that we were not informed of the prior flooding issues in advance or offered any adjustment to the rental fee given the condition of the property.

The condo is clean, comfortable and well located. Great communication with the host.

The instructions were excellent to access the suite as well as the parking, pics where the car park and garbage is located, pics for the key fob etc. Unit was very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Everything we needed for our stay. Hosts were very prompt on communicating before we arrived. Highly recommend. Great location, close to Whyte Avenue. Well priced. Our stay was very enjoyable. Thanks so much.
